Orders are shipped nationwide through courier companies. The courier company we work with for shipments within Greece is: “General Post” and abroad is: “DHL” with transport costs described below and for weight products up to 3kg.

For each additional kilo, a charge of €4.00/Kg.

North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Oceania. There is no calculation at the end of sending the order and you pay upon delivery to the courier.

Your order will be received no later than within 1-4 business days from the date of submission of your order form.
In areas characterized as difficult to reach by the cooperating courier company, the delivery time is determined on a case-by-case basis and we estimate that it may take up to 5 working days. There will also be an additional charge, for hard-to-reach areas, which you will pay to the courier upon collection.

Return Conditions

If the product you received is wrong, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product, provided that the product will be unused, in its original condition and without signs of wear.

When submitting the return request, we would recommend that along with the description of the damage you found on the product, you also send us relevant photographic material indicating the described damage, in order for us to communicate the relevant evidence to the Seller.

The request will be submitted to the company’s e-mail

  • For a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product,
  • After 14 calendar days of receiving the product, we do not accept returns.
  • If upon receipt by the courier you find any external damage, the external packaging of the shipment should not be accepted for receipt.

In order to be able to return a product you have purchased, you must:

  • The purchase must have been made through
  • Have the legal proof of purchase available.
  • The product must not have been opened or used.
  • If upon receipt by the courier you find any external alteration in the outer packaging of the shipment, do not accept the receipt.
  • Depending on the reason for the return, the legal return conditions and the relevant deadlines must be met. See in detail below.
